### How long does setup take?

Most teams are live within 24 to 48 hours.

### Are we charged if a call fails?

No. Only completed tasks use credits.

### Do unused credits roll over?

Startup credits are valid for 90 days from purchase; Growth and Enterprise credits last until the end of your term. You can top up any time.

### Do candidates know it is an AI?

Yes. They are told at the start of every AI screen.
