Scrini is priced on usage credits, with no per-seat fees. Credits are used for AI tasks such as resume screening, AI phone calls, video interviews and assessments, and you are charged only when a task completes successfully.

### Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Startup plan starts with a 7-day free trial and 50 credits, with no card needed. Growth includes 100 free credits, and Enterprise includes 500 free credits once your commitment is signed. Startup trial credits expire after 7 days.

### How much does a credit cost?

On the Startup plan, credits cost US$0.40 each. The Growth plan gives 20% off for volume, with a minimum purchase of 5,000 credits. Enterprise plans get a custom package.

### Do I get charged for failed tasks?

No. If a task fails for a technical reason, no credits are deducted. Only completed tasks use credits.

### Are credits refundable?

No. Credits are non-refundable. See our refund policy for how billing disputes and outages are handled.

### Do credits roll over?

No. Startup credits are valid for 90 days from purchase; Growth and Enterprise credits last until the end of your term unless your order form says otherwise. You can top up at any time.
