Last updated: October 2, 2026. The third parties that process customer personal data on behalf of Scrini AI.

## Summary

- A subprocessor is a company we engage that may process customer personal data to help us deliver the Service.
- Every subprocessor is bound by a written contract with data protection terms at least as protective as our Data Processing Addendum.
- We give customers at least 30 days' notice before we add or replace a subprocessor, and customers can object.

## 1. How we choose subprocessors

We review each subprocessor's security and privacy practices before we use it, limit the data it receives to what it needs and require contracts that protect the data, including Standard Contractual Clauses or other transfer safeguards when data moves between countries.

A customer can object on reasonable data protection grounds within the notice period. We will then work with the customer to find a solution, and if we cannot, the customer may terminate the affected part of the Service as set out in our Data Processing Addendum.
