Your ATS stores candidates. Scrini does the work around it: it sources, reaches out, screens, assesses and ranks candidates, then writes the results back to your ATS. You keep your system; your recruiters stop doing the repetitive first-round work.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live within 24 to 48 hours. Connecting your ATS and job boards usually takes under two hours, and our team runs a guided onboarding session at no extra cost.
Which tools does it work with?
Scrini connects to ATSs such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Greenhouse, Lever and Workday, job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed and reaches candidates by phone, email, SMS and WhatsApp. Scores, transcripts and status changes sync back to your ATS.
How does pricing work?
Scrini combines a platform subscription with usage credits. Credits are used for AI tasks such as resume screening, AI phone calls, video interviews and assessments and you are only charged when a task completes successfully.
Is candidate data secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Security controls are mapped to SOC 2 and ISO 27001, Scrini is built for GDPR and you can choose where your data is stored, including EU-only hosting.
Will candidates know they are speaking with AI?
Yes. Candidates are told when an AI agent is running a screen or assessment, and every interaction is recorded with a full transcript and audit trail.
