At a Glance

Binding agreement regarding the use of Scrini AI’s recruitment platform, APIs and hosted AI services.

2.1 Acceptance & Scope

These Terms govern the use of the Service. By creating an account or accessing the Service, the Client agrees to these Terms. Scrini operates under SaaS (Shared Instance) and Enterprise (Dedicated Instance) models, the latter governed by a signed MSA and specific Order Form.

2.2 Key Definitions

Candidate Data: applicant info processed in the platform. Credits: usage units consumed by features (e.g., AI calls, video interviews). Order Form: document defining the plan and pricing.

2.3 Account & Access

Clients are responsible for user actions in their tenant and safeguarding credentials. Scrini may suspend access for security risks or violations.

2.4 Subscriptions & Credits

Credits expire at the end of their validity period (90 days for PAYG, 12 months for Scale) and are non-refundable. SaaS plans renew automatically. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest. No rollover or cash conversion is permitted.

2.5 License & Use

Clients may not modify, reverse engineer or use the Service to build competing products or train models. Illegal use, including spam or unauthorized scraping, is prohibited.

2.6 AI Outputs & Oversight

AI features generate drafts and recommendations. Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs and complying with employment laws. Scrini is not responsible for hiring decisions.

2.7 Data Processing

Parties comply with GDPR, CCPA and DPDP. Scrini acts as a processor under a DPA, following Client instructions and maintaining appropriate security.

2.8 Service Levels

99.5% monthly uptime target. Support available Mon, Fri, 9:00, 18:00 IST via support@scrini.ai.

2.9 Intellectual Property

The Service and AI models are owned by Scrini AI Private Limited. Clients retain ownership of their specific candidate data.

2.10 White-Labeling

Clients are responsible for assets on branded sub-domains. Scrini may include 'Powered by Scrini' unless removed by agreement.

2.11 Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other's Confidential Information. Obligations survive termination of the agreement.

2.12 Warranties

The Service is provided 'AS IS' without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.13 Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Consequential or punitive damages are excluded.

2.14 Indemnification

Clients indemnify Scrini for content violations. Scrini defends Clients against third-party IP infringement claims related to the Service.

2.15 Termination

Either party may terminate for uncured material breach with 30 days' notice. Unused credits lapse upon termination.

2.16 Beta & Compliance

Beta features are provided 'AS IS'. Clients must comply with anti-spam, anti-corruption and employment equality laws.

2.17 Governing Law

Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Nov 1, 2025 SCRINI_OS_4.3.0
