Acceptable Use Policy.

Last updated: October 2, 2026. What customers and their users may and may not do with Scrini. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Summary

Hire fairly and lawfully. Do not use Scrini to discriminate.
Be honest with candidates, including about AI, recordings and the job itself.
Contact people lawfully and stop when they ask you to.
Do not misuse, attack or copy the platform.

1. Fair and lawful hiring

Do not screen, score, rank or reject candidates on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, religion, national origin or pregnancy, or on proxies for them such as zip codes, photos or names
Do not set up questions, assessments or criteria that are not related to the job
Do not use Scrini to infer emotions, health, political views or other sensitive traits, or to categorize people by biometric data
Do not assess anyone under 16, or under 18 where local law requires it, or anyone below the minimum working age where you hire
Do not ignore requests for accommodations, alternatives or human review that the law requires

2. Honesty with candidates

Do not post fake or misleading jobs or collect data for roles that do not exist
Do not charge candidates fees to apply or be considered
Do not configure agents to deny being an AI or to impersonate a real person
Do not record calls or video without the notice and consent the law requires
Do not mislead candidates about the employer, the role, pay or how their data is used

3. Lawful outreach and data

Do not contact people in breach of anti-spam, telemarketing and messaging laws such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, CASL and the UK and EU e-privacy rules, or in breach of carrier and WhatsApp rules
Do not keep contacting people who opted out
Do not upload or source personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or scrape sites in breach of their terms
Do not upload special category data, government ID numbers or payment card data unless the law allows it and we have agreed to it in writing

4. Platform security and integrity

Do not probe, scan or test the Service for vulnerabilities except as our Vulnerability Disclosure policy allows
Do not bypass access controls, rate limits or usage limits, or share accounts
Do not upload malware or content that infringes others' rights
Do not reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service, or use it or its Output to build a competing product or train AI models
Do not use the Service for sanctioned persons or in sanctioned countries

5. Enforcement

If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, pause agents or outreach, suspend accounts or end the agreement, depending on how serious it is. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

6. Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is misusing Scrini, including a candidate who received unwanted messages or suspects a fake job, email support@scrini.ai with the details. We will investigate.
