1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use Scrini: visitors to our website, recruiters and hiring managers using the app and, most of all, candidates taking phone screens, video interviews and assessments.
2. Standards
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, which also supports the European standard EN 301 549. We test with automated tools and manual checks. We do not claim full conformance, and we keep improving as we find issues.
3. What we do
Phone screens and video interviews produce transcripts. Candidates can complete AI interviews at a time that suits them, and outreach works across email, SMS, WhatsApp and phone so people can use the channel that works best for them. We check new pages and features with automated tools and manual checks.
4. Accommodations for candidates
If any part of the hiring process is hard for you to use, ask the employer or reply to the message you received. Accommodations can include extra time, a different format, written instead of spoken answers or a conversation with a person instead of an AI agent. Employers should never hold a request for an accommodation against you.
5. Known limitations
Some content comes from third parties, such as the Cal.id booking page and embedded YouTube videos, and may not fully meet the standard. Timed assessments, coding tasks and video interviews can be harder for some people to use. If anything gets in your way, ask for an accommodation or tell us about it.
6. Feedback and contact
Email support@scrini.ai with "Accessibility" in the subject and tell us the page or feature and the problem. We respond within 5 business days with what we will do about it.
7. Legal context
This statement reflects requirements and guidance including the Americans with Disabilities Act, the European Accessibility Act, which has applied since June 28, 2025, EN 301 549 and the UK Equality Act 2010.
